NMU wrestlers named Scholar All-Americans

MARQUETTE — The National Wrestling Coaches Association has cited seven members of the Northern Michigan University women’s wrestling team for recently winning 2025 NCAA Women’s Scholar All-American Awards.
They were honored for excellence on both the mat and in the classroom.
To be eligible for this award, a wrestler must be a top-eight placer at nationals and have at least a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, have competed in at least 15 matches recorded in Track Wrestling with a 3.5 cumulative GPA, or be a national qualifier and have at least a 3.25 cumulative GPA.
The seven NMU wrestlers cover all four academic classes, listed from senior to freshman with hometown and Northern major:
