Northern Michigan University Sports Hall of Fame tickets on sale for induction ceremony in September
MARQUETTE — Tickets are now on sale for the 2024 induction ceremony into the Northern Michigan University Sports Hall of Fame.
The induction takes place on Friday, Sept. 20, at the Northern Center Ballroom. The event opens at 6 p.m., with dinner and the ceremony to follow at 7 p.m.
The inductees will also be recognized at halftime of the Wildcats’ 1 p.m. homecoming football game against Alma the following day in the Superior Dome.
The Class of 2024 includes Phil Berger from hockey, Alyssa (Colla) DiCicco from women’s basketball, Sten Fjeldheim from coaching most notably in nordic skiing, Dave Iverson from wrestling, and Deborah (Lawrence) Pattis from swimming and diving.
Tickets are $40 per person for adults and $20 for children ages 12 years and under.
