MARQUETTE — The Lake Superior Community Partnership assisted Wilbur Design + Construct in celebrating their 10-year anniversary of transforming and elevating homes in the Upper Peninsula.
Wilbur Design + Construct is a design-build firm specializing in residential remodeling and prioritizes providing quality homes to the local community.
Founded and led by Wilbur Jennings, alongside his wife and principal designer, Amy Jennings, WDC has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality remodeling projects that blend cutting-edge design with meticulous craftsmanship.
A Northern Michigan University alumnus with a degree in construction management, Wilbur remains deeply connected to the region and is a dedicated contributor to the local community.
“Our 10th anniversary is not only a celebration of our team’s hard work and dedication but also a reflection of the trust and support we’ve received from our community,” said owner Wilbur Jennings. “We are excited to continue serving the Upper Peninsula with innovative solutions and an unwavering commitment to excellence.”
A top milestone for WDC is their membership in the National Association of Home Builders 20 Club, a prestigious network of top remodelers and builders across the country that fosters industry growth and collaboration.
As WDC moves into its next decade, the firm remains committed to delivering top-tier design-build services while fostering meaningful relationships with the community it calls home.
Open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., WDC is located at 102 W. Washington St., Suite 218, Marquette, on the second floor of the Harlow Block building.
