MARQUETTE — Marquette Maritime Museum is looking for volunteers to give tours of the historic Marquette Harbor Lighthouse and the Marquette Maritime Museum, May through October.

Opening day is May 13 and new volunteer training is at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 23. Volunteers must be able to walk between the museum and lighthouse, including walking up a flight of 45 steps.

We offer 3 tours a day, 11:30, a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and are closed on Mondays. Volunteers work the same day every week and give 1-3 tours a day. Questions or to request an application at mqtmaritimemanager@gmail.com.
