When learning is fun

The Father Marquette third and fourth grades were able to learn all about the Korean New Year. Thank you to the Daneks who taught the classes some Korean sayings, traditions, games, and all about the Korean New Year. Students were also able to see and try on some traditional Korean clothing (hanbok) and try many different foods. The 3rd and 4th graders were able to try Tteokguk (rice cake soup), bulgogi jerky, kimchee, gochujang, Asian pears, seaweed, sesame coconut crackers, Dalgona candy, and some honey twist snacks. It was so much fun and delicious.
