Suicide prevention funds raised in Negaunee

NEGAUNEE — Proceeds from the 10th annual Poker Run that took place on Feb. 15 in Negaunee were donated to the Marquette County Suicide Prevention Alliance.

Event organizers Lisa Gannon and Kathie Kohn presented Sarah Derwin with a check for $1,335.00.

Funds stay local in Marquette County and help fund suicide prevention training, survivors of suicide support groups, materials for suicide prevention and many other initiatives.
