Love is in the air! Being so close to Valentine’s Day, let’s look at some new romance books that have arrived at the library and are ready for checkout.

In All Signs Point to Malibu by Jennifer Snow, the author asks the question, “Why put off until tomorrow the wedding you can sabotage today?” Hailey is a successful life coach that can glimpse into the future and guide her clients down the right path. But her psychic abilities make her life a bit lonely. She finds herself having to confide in her ex, Liam, who is newly engaged to a beautiful and thoughtful heiress. But when Hailey has a vision predicting a not-so-good future for the couple, she doesn’t want to have them make the biggest mistake of their lives. But stopping the wedding may not be as easy as it seems. This is a hilarious rom-com with a speculative twist.

The Jewel of the Isle by Kerry Rea takes readers to Isle Royale in a romantic story of Emily and Ryder. Emily is fulfilling her late father’s national park bucket list, starting with a trip to Isle Royale and knows that she should not go alone. She hires a tour guide, the only one that is not booked solid already with tours. Ryder wouldn’t call himself a wilderness expert, but when his dormant adventure guide business finds life again after a random inquiry, he finds himself with the beautiful, no-nonsense Emily. What she doesn’t know is that Ryder’s late brother was the ourdoorsman of the business, and Ryder did the marketing. But how hard could it be? Pretty difficult when a murder is involved. Catch more in this jewel of a book.

Jenny Holiday’s book Into the Woods takes readers to a summer camp where romance is kindling. Gretchen could use a break from dating. So when she gets an offer to be the summer dance instructor at Camp Wild Arts, she jumps at the opportunity. But every forest has pests and the biggest one at this camp is Teddy. He is arrogant, infuriating and kind of hot rock star. Fresh off his band’s break up, Teddy is not in a good mood. Gretchen too is fine ignoring him but then she is also ignoring how attracted she is to him. But Gretchen finds herself having one last summer fling before swearing off men forever, but will she? This is a heartwarming enemies to friends romance that will melt your heart.

Jenny Elder Moke’s book She Doesn’t Have a Clue is a blend of rom-com, mystery, and second chances. Mystery author Kate Valentine’s ex-fiance was more of a nightmare than anything. Why she agreed to attend, who knows…maybe the free champagne. Since the groom happens to also be her editor, she will try to finish a draft of her latest mystery novel as a wedding gift. But when the bride is poisoned and Kate stumbles across a dead body, she finds herself in a real mystery that is so similar to her latest novel. And the only one to help is Jake, Kate’s biggest romantic regret. So who did this? Read to find out!
