MARQUETTE — The Feeding America Mobile Food Pantry, originally scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. today at the Barry Center in Marquette, has been canceled due to forecasted extreme cold weather.

Wind chills are expected to range from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, creating hazardous conditions for both volunteers and food recipients. The safety of everyone involved is our top priority and exposure to these temperatures for extended periods poses significant health risks.
