Injuries reported in Delta County buggy and motor vehicle crash
GLADSTONE — Local law enforcement officers were called to the scene of a crash involving a motor vehicle and a horse and buggy. According to reports, some of the people involved suffered injuries. The crash occurred about 3:30 p.m. Saturday on 18th Road in the Soo Hill area.
Initial calls for assistance reported that there was a man and woman and two children in the buggy. Early reports stated some of those people suffered injuries.

Buggies drawn by horses are not an uncommon sight on many Delta County roads and are used as a means of transportation by members of some religious groups. Some local roads have signs posted warning motorists to be aware of buggy traffic in the area.
