New condo project set for Negaunee
NEGAUNEE — Wildflower Homes has just announced its plans to build the Maple Ridge Condominiums in the Negaunee area, bringing in some new high-quality homes.
The MPC will be a community of 25 single-family homes, starting at $334,900. Construction on the projects will begin in May, with anticipated move-in dates set for September.
Wildflower Homes, a subsidiary of Wildflower Development, is offering a variety of floor plans to suit home buyers’ lifestyles and preferences. There will be an opportunity for home customization and choices from a selection of lots prior to construction.
“We know that housing affordability is a significant barrier for many families in Marquette County due to supply and contractor limitations. Our goal with Maple Ridge Condominiums is to provide beautiful, well-constructed homes at a price point that is more accessible,” said Wildflower Homes owner Mitch Nordahl in a press release. “The community support for this project has been incredible, and my wife Emily and I are excited to bring this opportunity to Negaunee, where we’ve enjoyed years of outdoor recreation, including mountain biking, skiing and more.”
MPC will have a simple design and selection process with low downpayment options, a commitment to supporting local talent and contributing to community growth, and partnering with professionals who have local expertise, such as Wilbur Jennings from Wilbur Design + Construct for construction management and Dawn Florio of RE/MAX for the home buyer selection process.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting project,” said Dawn Florio, associate broker at RE/MAX 1st Realty. “Wildflower Homes will bring much-needed housing options to the area and provide families with the opportunity to build a brighter future.”
Upcoming open house dates and times will be announced.
