Kids and teens asked to assist with Halloween party planning
NEGAUNEE — The Negaunee Public Library is looking for input from kids and teens to help plan its annual Halloween party.
The library’s Junior Teen Advisory Group will be holding its first planning meeting at 3 p.m. Wednesday to discuss possible games, decorations, contests and additional activities to host for this year’s event.
Children ages 10 to 14, in public middle school or home school, are welcome to attend, and snacks will be provided.
Each Wednesday at 3 p.m. throughout October, the advisory group will host a planning meeting. For those who cannot attend the Oct. 2 meeting, there will be more opportunities to contribute.
The official party takes place at 6 p.m. on Oct. 30.
The Negaunee Public Library is located at 319 W. Case St. in Negaunee.
