MARQUETTE — For 25-plus years, Terry Weigold from Upper Peninsula Whitetails of Marquette County has helped to coordinate and guide MVH D.J. Jacobetti’s Annual Boar Hunt.

This year, U.S. Army veteran and MVHDJJ member, Rodney Runion, successfully bagged a 250# wild boar

Special thanks to Greg Johnson of Bear Mountain LLC for donating his facilities and lodge for the yearly hunt. Additional thanks to Wanda Westman and the American Legion Greenwood #114 Auxiliary who prepare an incredible pig roast celebration for the hunter and D.J. Jacobetti members.
