By Journal Staff ISHPEMING — The Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library’s Winter Reading Challenge is encouraging people to submit their book reviews for a chance to earn prizes. Folks of all ages, from young children to adults, are encouraged to participate. With the challenge beginning on the first and running through the month of January, there is plenty of time to log your reading or submit book reviews with the library.
