U.P. Gumbo concert at library

MARQUETTE - Bluesday Tuesday welcomes local band, U.P. Gumbo, in a live concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Peter White Public Library Community Room.

U.P. Gumbo is a Marquette-based folk group specializing in the dance music of the Mississippi Delta and the New Orleans region. Their music is infused with the sounds of the Delta Blues, zydeco and early rock 'n' roll. Its band members include Bill Hart on resophonic guitar and vocals; Dan Flesher on upright bass and vocals; Warren Hantz on keyboards, dobro and banjo; and Randy "Da Bones Man" Seppala on percussion.
