MooseWood center offers camp

MARQUETTE - Natural Fun with Stories and Crafts will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. June 24-28, at the Moosewood Nature Center in Marquette. Children age 3-10 can attend the new summer camp. Local event coordinator, Marcia Parkkonen, will lead the camp with activities that will include crafts, music and games centered on the following themes: A Glimpse of Nature's Wonders, Rock It Around the Block, Water Water Everywhere, Creating With Colors, Celebrating The UP's Sunshine. Snacks and supplies are provided. Cost for this program is $65 for Moosewood members and $75 for non-members. Children under the age of four need to have a care provider with them.
