Jim Dougoveto, left, of L’Anse American Legion Post 144 and 12th district commander, presents a Certificate of Appreciation to Robert Morrell, Kingsford American Legion Post 363 service officer. The certificate of appreciation is from the American Legion, Department of Michigan Veterans Affairs and Rehabilitation Division. It is for dedicated work as an American Legion service officer. The certificate of appreciation was presented to Morrell recently at the Upper Peninsula Association of American Legion Posts fall conference held at Little Lake American Legion Post 349.
