To the Journal editor:
Marquette is a great place to live. I am reminded of that every time I read about some other town in America, or ever think about finding a better spot.
I just wanted to remind readers that we have a really nice town and shouldn't just assume it will always be that way.
Our family-owned businesses are a big part of life in Marquette. Let's continue to support them and grow from the root stock of our community.
