GLADSTONE - Alex Pickard of Gladstone has been awarded the IUE-CWA Local 800 Union's $2,500 Sal Ingrassia Scholarship for the 2012-13 School year. The son of John and Karen Pickard, he is starting his third year majoring in criminal justice at Michigan State University.
