SANDS - Sands Speedway is hosting an all-class invitational on Saturday, as well as Fan Appreciation Day with a corn roast in the pits after the races.
Saturday will feature a special grandstand price of $5. Gates open at 1 p.m., time trials start at 3 p.m. and racing starts at 5 p.m.
The Sands Speedway End of the Season Banquet has also been scheduled for Sept. 22 at the American Legion in Little Lake. RSVPs to barbarawillig@att.net or tsdezynes@yahoo.com are needed by Sept. 15. Cost is $20.
