Champs returning to court for challenge

The Negaunee Miners' tennis team captured it's third straight MHSAA U.P. Division 1 tennis championship this year, along with winning the Mid-Peninsula Conference, Negaunee Invite and Kingsford invite. The Miners also went 13-0 in duel meets during the season. Team members include, front from left, Kevin Price, Nick Kill, Cody McGrath, Josh Lyle, Cody Tossava, (back from left) coach Kyle Saari, Eric Ludlum, Lucas Christianson, David Terzaghi, Tyler Beaumont, Ryan Syrjala, Austin Rice and Rob Sertich. Many of these players will be competing this week in the Negaunee Pioneer Days Tennis Challenge.
