MARQUETTE - Asphalt repairs will begin 7 a.m. Monday along Fair Avenue between and 7th Street and Elizabeth Harden Circle on the Northern Michigan University campus.
Work will consist of a large milling machine removing one and a half inches of existing asphalt. Access will be maintained and controlled by a traffic flagging crew. Parking in adjacent NMU parking lots will not be permitted while work is being completed. The work is expected to be completed in one day and crews will return at a later date to overlay the road.
