NEGAUNEE - The Range Financial Corporation recently held its annual meeting of shareholders.
Four directors were reelected for a term of three years: Peter W. Frazier, chairman, FRACO, Inc.; Anita A. Johns, vice president of sales, Holiday Travel Vacations; Allan L. Koskey, president, Koskey Funeral Home; and Paul R. Symons, president, Symons Hardware. Other directors of the corporation include Anthony N. Kroncich, Dr. Peter A. LaFreniere, John F. Marshall, Kenneth A. Palmer, Dr. John F. Pillote, Karl A. Weber and William C. Verrette.
Officers of the corporation for 2011 are: Kenneth A. Palmer, chairman, president and chief executive officer; Roxanne M. Daust, treasurer; John W. Lenten, secretary; and Linda M. Turri, assistant secretary.
