MARQUETTE - The Bonanza Steakhouse in Marquette was a winner in the Chain Restaurant category for the 2010 National Beef Backer Awards, presented at the annual Cattle Industry Conference and NCBA Trade Show in Denver, Colo. Bonanza was recognized for its efforts in menuing and marketing beef. The Bonanza Steakhouse has been serving guests since March 1977.
