ISHPEMING - Ishpeming's 2011 budget, approved by the city council Wednesday evening, is expected to slightly increase the city's general fund balance.
The 2011 budget is projected to leave the city with a general fund balance of over $420,000, up from 2010's estimated ending balance of $406,000.
