– 4:53 p.m., lockout assistance, 100 block South Third Street

– 5:30 p.m., found cell phone, turned over to lost and found, 100 block South Third Street

– 7:15 p.m., caller advised a subject in a vehicle was throwing baseballs at another subject who had a bat, Presque Isle Avenue near Union Street

– 10:05 p.m., assist NMU Public Safety with out-of-control subject who was breaking windows, bleeding profusely. Subject had taken two hits of acid. Officers assisting became covered in blood trying to gain control of subject. Gant Hall

– 10:59 p.m., accident reported on the bypass, officer made contact with driver, no accident. Subject was surprised by the new roundabout and drove over a section. No damage. U.S. 41 bypass near Grove Street

– 11:15 p.m., unlawful driving away of auto reported, subject arrested for UDAA, operating while impaired and drug possession. Lodged in Marquette County Jail. 1700 block Presque Isle Avenue

– 12:09 a.m., noise complaint, renter cited, 300 block Center Street

– 12:28 a.m., loud noise, not loud on officer arrival, warned, 300 block West Park Street

– 12:50 a.m., very intoxicated subject on sidewalk, given a ride home by a friend, 400 block West Washington Street

– 2 a.m., drunk and disorderly, 100 block West Washington Street

– 3:12 a.m., caller reports being assaulted, talks with officer, decides not to pursue charges, 1200 block North Third Street
